# Indexa Capital

> Connect Indexa Capital automated investment portfolios to Sure

Indexa Capital is a Spanish robo-advisor that manages automated investment portfolios. Sure connects to Indexa Capital to import your portfolio holdings, balances, and transaction history.

## Setting up Indexa Capital

Sure supports two authentication methods for Indexa Capital: an API token or username and password credentials.

### Option 1: API token (recommended)

1. Log in to your Indexa Capital dashboard.
2. Navigate to the API or developer settings to generate a read-only API token.
3. In Sure, go to **Settings → Providers** and find the **Indexa Capital** section.
4. Paste your API token into the **API Token** field and save.

### Option 2: Username and password

1. In Sure, go to **Settings → Providers** and find the **Indexa Capital** section.
2. Enter your Indexa Capital **Username** (email), **Document ID**, and **Password**.
3. Save the configuration.

After saving, Sure begins syncing your Indexa Capital accounts. Go to the **Accounts** tab to set up any newly discovered accounts.

## Setting up accounts

After the first sync, your Indexa Capital accounts appear in the setup queue. Click **Set up accounts** to assign each account an account type and a transaction history start date before it appears in your account list.

## Troubleshooting

### Provider not configured

If you see a "provider not configured" error, check that your credentials are saved in **Settings → Providers → Indexa Capital** and that at least one authentication method is filled in correctly.

### No accounts found after syncing

Run a manual sync from **Settings → Providers** after saving your credentials. If accounts still do not appear, verify your credentials are correct in the Indexa Capital dashboard.
